ASEPTIC PRESSURE & FILLINGS VESSELS

CIP/SIP Units
CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) are automated processes used for cleaning and sterilizing equipment, particularly in industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, where strict hygiene standards are required. CIP involves cleaning the internal surfaces of pipes, vessels, and equipment without disassembly, using a combination of chemicals, heat, and water. RUBBER EXPANSION BELLOWS/ SS EXPANSION BELLOWS
Rubber/S.S expansion bellows are flexible connectors used in piping systems to absorb thermal expansion, vibration, and misalignment. They are made from rubber or SS or other elastomeric materials, often reinforced with synthetic fabrics or metal. These bellows help protect equipment and piping from damage caused by movement and vibration, while also accommodating equipment misalignments.
TURBINE INSULATION PADS
Hot surfaces are insulated by using pads/pillows made from heat resisting fabrics along with insulation wool. In most cases, fabrics made from Fiberglass, Silica or Ceramic are used and pillows are made by inserting ceramic, glass or mineral wool depending on required skin temperature.
REMOVABLE & RE-USABLE VALVES JACKETS
Valves, through which hot gasses or liquids pass, are insulated by wool and cladded with aluminum sheet. This assembly has to be dismantled which wastes time and material. To avoid this, Aspa has introduced removable and re-usable pads. These jackets are made from fiberglass fabrics either coated with silicone rubber or laminated with aluminium foil. Strings or buckles are provided for easy fitting and removal.
FURNACE CURTAINS
FURNACE CURTAINS Furnace curtains are curtains installed before the opening of furnaces. Furnace curtains stop radiation heat losses to some extent and make surrounding environment comfortable enough to work. These curtains are made from Glass, High Silica or Ceramic fabrics.
WELDING BLANKETS
Welding blankets are used to protect human beings, materials or equipments from splatters/sparks produced during welding or gas cutting. Welding blankets are made from fabrics of Fiberglass, High Silica and Ceramic. Vermiculite coated fabrics are also available. These blankets are generally provided with loops or eyelets for easy hanging.
ALUMINIUM CLADDING FOR PIPE INSULATION
Aluminum Roll Jacketing is the premier protective outer surface for mechanical insulation systems, including pipes, vessels, and equipment. It helps protect the insulation and underlying pipe/vessel from physical damage, UV exposure, corrosive environments, and water.
ALUMINIUM FILTER FABRICS-COMBO BAG-BASKET
Aluminium Filter Fabrics is specially developed and used for molten aluminium filtration, turbulence reduction and flow distribution improvement. The product is weaved from E-glass fiberglass yarn with resin coating. Rigid and with brown colour or black colour (smokeless treated).
ALUMINIUM FOIL PIPE INSULATION (SUPPLY)

FIBERGLASS FABRIC (SUPPLY)
Fiberglass or fibreglass is a common type of fiber-reinforced plastic using glass fiber. The fibers may be randomly arranged, flattened into a sheet called a chopped strand mat, or woven into glass cloth. Fiberglass is lightweight, strong and less brittle. The best part of fiberglass is its ability to get molded into various complex shapes. This pretty much explains why fiberglass is widely used in bathtubs, boats, aircraft, roofing, and other applications.
HIGH SILICA FABRIC (SUPPLY)
High Silica fabric also commonly known as silica cloth is a special breed of glass fiber fabric characterized by its high temperature resistance. Woven Silica Fabrics are widely used for applications that require high heat resistance, as well as abrasion and/or chemical resistance. This high temperature resistance makes it ideal for use in fire fighting equipment such as in fire proof garments.
SILICONE RUBBER COATED FIBERGLASS FABRIC (SUPPLY)
Silicone-impregnated fiberglass fabric is highly flexible and provides an excellent protection fabric used in insulating blankets and other heat resistant parts. Silicone coating has added water and oil resistance and low smoke and flame retardant. Along with temperature resistance, silicone also has resistant properties for many other materials, including acids, bases, chemicals, water, oil and fungus.
FIBERGLASS FILTER BAG
Fiberglass filter bag is a traditional filter material, at the same time it is also the most widely used filter material in high temperature flue gas dust removal. Fiberglass filter bag is a filter material with reasonable structure and good performance, meanwhile, has the advantages of stable size 、minimal expansion rate and high intensity. Furthermore, felt fiber structure is in a single fiber state with three-dimensional-pore structure which has high porosity.
PTFE COATED FIBERGLASS BELT
Engineered for performance in the most demanding belting applications, Aspa's Premium Grade PTFE Coated Fiberglass Belts Aspa deliver the best release, highest dielectric strength, and greatest chemical resistance of any Aspa Coating PTFE belt. An extremely smooth, non-stick surface is applied over a woven fiberglass substrate and designed to keep fabric impressions to an absolute minimum.
FIRE BLANKET
These are fire-resistant sheets of material that you can use to cover a fire to cut its supply of oxygen or wrap around a person whose clothes are on fire. They're ideal to keep in the kitchen, but they aren't good for general use. A fire blanket is ideal for extinguishing cooking fat fires and can be used to wrap around people if their clothes catch on fire. Pull down sharply on the tabs hanging from the bottom of the package to release the fire blanket.
ALUMINIUM PRE FILTER BOX-FLANGE TYPE
Flanged filters are a heavy-duty type filter that is used for high-pressure and high-flow compressed air applications. Pre-filters are typically made from a variety of materials, such as foam, mesh, or fiberglass. The choice of material depends on the specific requirements of the air purifier and the types of particles the pre-filter needs to capture.
NON-METALLIC / FABRIC EXPANSION JOINTS
Non-Metallic/Fabric Expansion Joints are flexible connectors designed to provide stress relief in ducting systems by absorbing movements caused by thermal changes. They also act as vibration isolators, shock absorbers and in some instances to make up for minor misalignment of adjoining ducting or equipment. Fabric Expansion Joints are typically designed for ducts where pressure is low, not more than 3 psi (2000 mm wc) and temperature up to 1000°C. However, for higher temperatures, duct itself needs to be internally insulated.
